SurelyMine Return Policy – Shop with Confidence!

At SurelyMine, we’re committed to delivering high-quality products and an amazing shopping experience. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we want to make sure you feel confident when shopping with us.

While we do not offer refunds, we’d be happy to issue store credit once the item is returned in accordance with our return policy. Please note that returns must be in their original, unworn condition. Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage will not be processed or eligible for store credit.

To proceed with your return:

1. Ensure the item is in its original condition, unworn, and with any original packaging.

2. Ship the item back to the following return address: [Insert Return Address].

3. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue store credit, which you can use toward any future purchase.  Any item that fails inspection will not be eligible for store credit.

Store Credit ONLY – Because We Value You!

No refunds will be issued, but your store credit never expires, so you can shop at your convenience.  Additionally, if you need an exchange or are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer store credit to ensure you find the perfect item.

How to Request a Return

We’ve made the process easy! If you receive a damaged item or need an exchange, just follow these simple steps:

1. Email us at Shop@surelymine.com within 3 days of delivery.

2. Include your order number and clear photos of the item.

3. Once approved, we’ll send you further instructions on how to return your item.

Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the highest hygiene and quality standards, we cannot accept returns for:

Items returned after 3 days of delivery

Worn or used items

Items without tags

Items that were not received damaged

Sale items or gift cards
